USABILITY STUDY (AB TEST)
Pain Point 1: Determining where to best position the "Save Transaction" toggle to ensure user convenience and intuitive use.
Pain Point 2: Identifying the ideal spot to allow users to save banking information into their contacts without disrupting the transaction flow.
Usability Study Outcome: More users were happier with B, Locating “Save into the contacts” in the destination choosing page and, with A, Locating “Save the transaction” in the receipt page.
